Alejandra Ramirez is the founder of Ready Cultures, an internal communications and workplace culture consultancy that helps organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution. 

With nearly two decades of experience—15 of them inside Big Law—she partners with clients ranging from professional services firms to growth-stage companies to build communication systems that keep organizations aligned day-to-day and resilient during major changes, crises, and strategic shifts.
